Darien Lake's campground nights end around the fire ring, after a day on the coasters or an evening show at the amphitheater beside the park. Six Flags runs the campground on the theme park's own edge east of Buffalo, loop after loop of wooded, grassy sites in the shade, close enough that the family walks to the gate after breakfast and back for dinner. The motorhome gets set up on the first afternoon and stays put until the last morning, with the slide-outs open, the awning out and the chairs around the fire all week.

Where the rig sleeps at Darien Lake
Book the site before the motorhome, because the two hookup loops at Darien Lake take different rigs. The pull-through sites are paved, with a concrete patio, 50-amp power, water and sewer, and the resort says they fit the largest RVs, 40 feet and more. The full-hookup back-ins sit on gravel with 30-amp, water and sewer and take rigs up to 30 feet as of October 2026, so a longer Class C or anything bigger belongs on a pull-through. Sewer at both means the tanks empty right at the pad, with no midweek run to a dump station.
When the resort loops are booked solid, Darien Lakes State Park is the quieter overflow nearby, with 154 campsites, 141 of them electric, plus heated restrooms and showers. Its season runs from mid-May into mid-October, so it covers the summer theme park weeks and closes before the late-season football weekends.

Bills home Sundays in the Orchard Park RV Lot
A Bills home weekend fills the stadium's RV Lot in Orchard Park the day before kickoff, row after row of motorhomes with awnings out and slide-outs open, yellow fire lanes striped on the diagonal between them and porta-johns standing at the ends of the rows. The night before is the tailgate, grills going and folding chairs in a circle, and on Sunday the walk from the rig to your seat is the whole commute.
The Bills' stadium parking rules run the weekend, as of October 2026. The RV Lot opens off Southwestern Boulevard the morning before each home game, there's no entry on game day itself, and every lot needs a parking pass bought ahead through the team, so confirm the RV Lot pass before you book the rig. Once you're in, you stay in, since game day allows no exit and re-entry.
There's no power or septic in the lot, and a home game late in the season makes for a long, cold night on the batteries and the propane furnace, so roll in with full fresh water and empty tanks. Home-game weekends and Darien Lake's concert nights also compete for the same rental motorhomes and the same campground pads around Buffalo, so a game date wants its pass, its rig and any night-before site booked together.
